Chiu Fai Garden

This used to be my favorite place to order from. We ordered on a regular basis. Haven’t ordered in awhile due to covid. Went on line to see the menu and ordered. I was not happy with my food. What happened!!! Also the prices went so high from the menu prices that were on line! Their prices were always so reasonable it was a great place to order from. Can’t tell you how disappointed I am. Their menu prices online with the different websites were all the same and it was the old prices not the new ones. I never write a review but I felt I had to not only for the customers but for the owners and management. Hope they do something on both counts.

Terrible, General tso was dry, no hot sauce, everything dry no fork or napkins!! i seen 5 stars but definitely a no.

Quick, consistent good chinese food

I loved it the chicken fried rice is soooooo good and same with chicken wings and lunch specials great prices for great quantities. Best place in Norwalk for take out or delivery.

Wonderful fresh food. The Sesame Chicken amd fried rice was excellent. The steamed chicken and broccoli really was fresh amd not bland. Prices are very reasonable, highly recommend.

VERY Very poor service! They were extremely slow. I was waiting 2 hrs for delivery and every time I called they were quiet on the phone no explanation. They also were very rude with me cause they couldn’t find my house... Guess they haven’t learned how to use GPS yet. They were not at all trying to make up for the poor customer service with any type of free soda or discount on the meal but rather yell at me on the phone for so called not being able to find the destination. I would never order from here again or recommend anyone to either

I came here with my family last week and really enjoyed the atmosphere. It is exactly what you would expect from a Chinese Restaurant, their servers were very attentive and I will definitely be coming back.

I would definitely eat here again. The food was nice and light. Not heavy on the sauce or seasonings like you see at some Chinese restaurants. Delivery was fast.

The food is good, but twice in a row I found a long hair in my food which totally grossed me out and couldn't eat and made me nauseous

Good solid no-frill Chinese takeout. The contractors from Flushing ordered from them when they worked on my house.

House special lo mein is better than I've had at a few joints, and they listen when you ask for extra, extra, extra spicy, leaning in with each "extra." Also, their prices aren't bad, and the food was done insanely quickly. It was almost closing time, and there were probably no other orders on the docket, but it was maybe five minutes before my quarts of soup and lo mein and my scallion pancakes were done. Hooray, Chiu Fai Garden. Bookmarked.

I live in bridgeport but whenever im in norwalk, its my favorite chinese restaurant to eat. I also travel a lot and havent eaten any better chinese food than this. Today, I was so mad at my chinese restaurants in my town, i drove here to eat my shrimp fry rice with chicken wings. My fav chinese restaurant.

One of the better (there aren't many good ones) Chinese take out joints in the area. If you're looking for the more greasy style Chinese take out executed very well at an inexpensive price, look no further.

Really love the food here. It's the typical greasy, tasty Chinese food that I and many people have come to love. The general Tso chicken is great. The chicken is cooked perfectly so it has the right amount of crunch while still being soft and easy to chew. The sauce that comes with it is also very good. The pork fried rice was delicious. And the chicken lo mein was excellent. The prices are also pretty good and they offer free delivery, so this place is a great value for some really good Chinese food.

I have to echo those before me - this place is delicious! You can't beat the price either. This is easily my go to Chinese restaurant

This place does delivery and the food comes fast and hot! They have great specials, especially for lunch. I'd highly recommend their spare ribs since they are not super fatty like some other places are.

For a fast food style Chinese restaurant the food was pretty good. The fried dumplings we're very good along with their sauce.
